• Account information: details required to create and administer a Reservify account, including business details, staff users and billing information.
• Service data: booking records, appointment and reservation details, customer contact details, conversation and message content (including call and chat interactions handled by the AI receptionist), and communication history created through use of the platform.
• Technical information: device, browser and usage information collected automatically when you use this website or the platform, for security, diagnostics and service improvement.

• To provide, operate, support and improve the Reservify platform.
• To answer enquiries, book appointments and reservations, and send confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and other communications requested by our customers.
• To process subscription payments, deposits and payments taken via the platform.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse and fraud, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Where a business uses Reservify to manage its own customers, that business determines what information is collected and how it is used, and is responsible for having an appropriate basis for contacting its customers. We process that information on the business's instructions in order to provide the service. End customers should contact the relevant business in the first instance regarding their information.

We may disclose personal information to service providers who help us deliver the platform, including cloud hosting, telecommunications and messaging providers, payment processors, and AI service providers used to power conversational features. These providers are engaged to handle information only for the purposes of providing their services to us. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
