Terms of Service

The terms on which BIZ GLOBAL PTY LTD provides the Reservify platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reservify platform and this website, provided by BIZ GLOBAL PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Reservify is a registered business name operated by BIZ GLOBAL PTY LTD.. The service is operated in Australia.

1. The service

Reservify is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-assisted customer answering, appointment and reservation booking, CRM and lead management, customer communications, deposits and payments, and business workflow automation. The service may be used as a standalone platform or integrated with other business software.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Free trial

New customers may access a 4-week free trial. Unless you tell us otherwise before the trial ends, your subscription may continue on the plan you selected. We may modify or withdraw trial availability for future customers at any time.

4. Plans, fees and billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars: Essential $499, Professional $999, Growth $1,999 and Ultra $5,999 per month. Fees are payable in advance for each billing period. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content of communications sent through the platform to your customers, and for having a lawful basis to contact them.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, availability, pricing, deposit and cancellation settings.
  • You must comply with applicable laws, including privacy, consumer, spam and telecommunications laws.
  • You must not use the service to send unlawful, misleading, harassing or unsolicited communications.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, use it to infringe the rights of others, or resell it without our written agreement.

7. AI-generated interactions

The platform uses automated and AI-assisted systems to interact with your customers. While designed for accuracy, automated interactions may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration, availability rules and messaging, and for supervising outcomes that materially affect your customers.

8. Payments and deposits

Where you use the platform to request deposits or take payment from your customers, you are the merchant of record for those transactions and remain responsible for your refund, deposit and cancellation policies and for any applicable payment provider terms.

9. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business and customer data. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process that data to provide the service.

10. Third-party services and integrations

The service may interoperate with third-party services you choose to connect. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may perform maintenance and may modify or improve features over time.

12. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where permitted, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the relevant claim.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
